DESCRIPTION
This app is designed for women with period pain. This type of pain is very common among young women and usually starts in their teenage years. Women with period pain report cramping in the lower belly soon after they get their period, which can be very painful. Other common symptoms are lower back pain, nausea, diarrhea or headaches. This app will offer different recommendations for self-care based on scientific research. For your convenience you can share some of your data, such as menstruation and BMI data with Apple Health. You can adjust data sharing in the settings of the Health App at any time.
